Refund Policy
Donations
All donations made to Societal Echoes are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations support the ongoing maintenance and content development of the site and are not payment for a product or service.
If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us at admin@societalechoes.com within 7 days and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Course Purchases
Refund window
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
After the window or content threshold
Once 7 days have passed or 20% of the course has been accessed, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
How to request
Email admin@societalechoes.com with your order details (email used at purchase, course name, and date). We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 7–10 business days of approval.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Courses
If a live or cohort-based course is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by Societal Echoes, enrolled participants are entitled to a full refund or, if preferred, credit toward a future course.
